JOB TITLE: Junior Support Analyst

LOCATION: Trowbridge

WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent |Hybrid - Twice a week onsite

SALARY: £28k - £33k

THE JUNIOR SUPPORT ANALYST OPPORTUNITY:

• Collaborate as a supply chain function analyst with IT teams and internal departments to implement technology solutions meeting regional and global organization needs
• Offer help, advice, and troubleshooting for implemented systems to support day-to-day supply chain operations and other services
• Provide application support for non-SAP manufacturing applications
• Engage with business, IT, and third parties throughout planning, implementation, and support phases
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions aligning with business goals
• Proactively monitor system performance and stability, addressing issues as they arise
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring technology projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives
• Maintain detailed documentation of technology systems, processes, and configurations to aid troubleshooting and knowledge transfer
• Provide end-user training and support for effective adoption of new technologies and tools

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in supporting applications or holding a comparable position within the Manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in problem-solving with the capability to convey technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving approach.
