At C4S HQ, we are into our last working week. Our whole team will be off for the week of Christmas to have time to relax, have fun and spend the season with their loved ones.
2022 has seen tremendous changes and growth for us at C4S.
We turned 10!
2022 saw C4S hit a massive milestone of being ten years old. The success of the business over the last ten years has been great. We celebrated in the summer at C4Stival, where we had a massive party with our friends and families! Here is to the next 10!
New Brand
As well as turning ten, we completely reinvented our look to align with how we feel! At C4S, we are deliberately different – focused on the future, our people and the impact we want to make in the world. We created a look which reflex who we really are.
And New Website
This year we launched our new website which we are so proud of. Our modern site has been a great success, with even more insights and opportunities than before.
19 promotions!
A key driver in C4S is seeing members of the team succeed. This year we have had 19 promotions within the business! We are so proud of everyone who achieved promotions in the last 12 months and cannot wait to see what can be achieved in 2023!
38 people joined in our incentives
Every quarter we have incentives for everyone to work towards, and they have been great fun, a day at the races, nights out, dinners in fabulous places, and our end-of-year trip, which this year was to Marbella! Over the course of the year, we love to celebrate the wins, and having so many people join in our incentives has been brilliant! Here is to even more next year.

This year we have made hundreds of placements with new and long-standing partners. Not only has every candidate placed in 2022 successfully passed their probation period, and all candidates are still in the roles we placed them in! We love seeing our partners gain the best talent and our candidates have the opportunities and careers they want!
We are so proud of the positivity, effort, and teamwork everyone has put into 2022. We cannot wait for 2023 and see more success from the team!
