Legacy Academy
The framework for training at C4S & Zero. This blended Academy of theory and practical learning lays the foundations and high standards we want to instil throughout the business and sets our consultants up for a successful career in recruitment. It covers the recruitment lifecycle and processes that must be followed in order to maximise their chances of success at EVERY stage of the process. A.B.C (always be closing).

From time management, being proactive, preparation and everything in between, our standards are there so we breed and nurture a high-performing machine of success. The standards across our whole business are exceptionally high from the Senior Leadership Team right through to trainee consultants and that culture drives achievement!
