2017 saw the launch of C4S Search’s New Join Us page featuring our College Leaver Scheme and Graduate Scheme. In the last 6 months we have doubled in size taking on a range of college leavers, graduates and experienced consultants. The next 5 year plan for C4S is to further our growth and be at 60 consultants by 2022, and this is why you should be involved.
Who are we?
C4S Search is an independent, flexible and dynamic technical recruiter. We run three specialist divisions operating across IT, Digital & Engineering sectors.
We are a close knit of consultants who are ultra professional and consultative. But we know how to have fun. Our Directors Ryan O’Hara and Ben Rutter are still very much in the midst of it all and are on standby for any support and training. Our independence and flexibility allows us to act quickly to create tailored recruitment solutions with the aim of building long‐term relationships and prospects. As a team we create a strong weft of knowledge and skills which help us dominate the recruitment sphere. We believe one of our strongest assets and differentiators as a business is our culture. This cannot be bought, copied or replicated. We have developed a culture where people have a bigger purpose than just coming to work to get paid, and the employees themselves have been responsible for implementing it.
Our 12-week training programme offers a blended learning scheme involving classroom training, role play and on the job exercises. Our Legacy programme will take first time recruiters through the basics of recruitment. Our Legacy+ programme is in place for consultants who are working themselves up our transparent promotion ladder and is keen to fast track to management and essentially look after their own team. We say a ‘Career with No Limits’ and we mean it. We are a very ambitious, dynamic and forward thinking business. We always welcome new ideas and are open to business change.
Our focus is based on giving our consultants the best platform to be successful and making sure our employee value proposition is outstanding. If we give our consultants a great platform then they will in term give our clients outrageous level of service. We make sure we have the very best recruitment, on-boarding and training. We make sure we secure and train the best possible talent on the market. We then need to make sure they have all the correct tools to do the role so we have invested in the very best hardware, CRM and cloud software. We then need to make sure they are motivated and incentiveised to be successful and progress their careers. Therefore we have a structured career progression programme and incentives that rival any company in the UK. Our top consultant last year won a Rolex and this year we are taking the guys to Portugal for an all expenses paid weekend away.

Our Values and Culture are extremely important to us and this is a huge part of our business plan currently. This year we are holding quarterly “Values Days” to continually reinforce what it means to be a part of C4S Search, which we are extremely excited about implementing. As a small, dynamic and fast growing business, employee engagement is essential for us. It’s vital that people buy into the C4S Journey, but also just as important for people to develop their own personal vision for their career and the business.
We’re a strong believer in rewarding success at C4S. Also, one of our core values is ‘Enjoy It’. Therefore, we are constantly implementing new incentives to keep people motivated and keep a vibrant buzz in the office, whether this is financial, personal or team focused. Our Top Biller’s Club will take place in Portugal this year, we are thinking Paris next year..
