Tell us about who you are and what you do at C4S

Nice to meet you; I’m Lisa the Group Finance Director. I am an ambitious fast paced FD with 9 years of industry experience. I build high-performing teams and drive efficiencies through challenging current processes and systems and replacing them with future-focused solutions. I am a big advocate of data and BI and seek to report data better than anyone else in the world across all functions. With the nickname “The fixer” I’m the go-to person to make a vision come alive!

How long have you been with C4S?

I have been with C4S Search since 2018 and joined as a financial controller. During this time I have had the privilege to be a part of one of the most exciting journeys within the talent sector.

What is one achievement at C4S you are proud of?

I’m super proud of the team and infrastructure we have built in the HUB. This has been the platform for us to make game-changing moves. From the bottom up we have truly worked as a TEAM and there is nothing we can’t achieve together! Office purchase, new brands, new systems/ tech, advanced benefits, and awards won are all highlights for me, however, there is nothing more rewarding than supporting the team to develop and grow personally and professionally.

What do you like to do outside of C4S?

I am a real example of work hard, play hard. Outside of work I have a passion for Renovation and Design, Netball, The Great Outdoors, and my fur baby Duke the Cavapoo.

It’s the people that keep me passionate! My why in life is to drive excellence so myself and the people around me can thrive. This is a shared passion within the HUB which makes our team very special. Alongside the fun and friendship, we are each other's greatest cheerleaders, constantly supporting, challenging, and driving each other to reach our goals.
