LEGACY is a 12-week programme that is clearly mapped out in a personal workbook giving you the structure and support that is vital in the early stages of your recruitment.

On completion of the workbook you will have covered every possible scenario with both candidate and client and have the foundations to progress your career to the next level!

Why did you choose to apply for the C4S Search Graduate Scheme?

After graduating with a degree in Sport I took time contemplating my career path. My plan was to pursue a job within sport, but opportunities were limited. I came across the C4S Search graduate scheme which I was very impressed with, firstly by the companies journey so far, and secondly by the ambitious growth plans and career progression opportunities available for a graduate like myself.

How has your career progressed since joining C4S Search?

In one word…Rapidly! The business has tripled in size, which in turn has offered amazing development opportunities. I joined the company as a Resourcer, two and a half years and 5 promotions later I am now a Lead Consultant managing my own team and responsible for driving the business forward.

What would your advice be to graduates considering the C4S Search Scheme?

When joining I was worried around the sales side, do I have the confidence and ability? However, the 12-week training programme helped me grow in confidence and learn recruitment.

Recruitment is rewarding, personally and financially, if you are ambitious and hard working you will be successful. The role is essentially running a ‘business within a business’; you are given the opportunity to take control of your career. Targets are put in place to get you promoted, achievements will be recognised. If you are looking for a career, C4S Search will invest in you, the opportunity to progress in to senior roles and management are endless!

Why did you choose to apply for the C4S Search Graduate Scheme?

After meeting with Directors Ryan and Ben, it was clear that they had extremely ambitious plans to grow not only the business, but also invest in their employees. They had designed an intense training and development program that would get me to the level I wanted to succeed. The culture at C4S Search was also extremely appealing to me. The team all shared the same ambition and vision and I wanted to be part of it.

During the first year of the Grad Scheme, I was mentored and taught the fundamentals of the role. 3 years later, I was then passed the batten and leading and training other Graduates within the team, bringing a different element to the role.

How has your career progressed since joining C4S Search?

Since joining C4S in 2014, my career has progressed seeing back-to-back promotions from Graduate Consultant to Full Consultant, Senior Consultant and now Lead Consultant within Engineering looking after my own team. This also included finishing as C4S’ Top Biller in 2017, something I am very proud of and was able to achieve thanks to the C4S training programme. Following the initial programme, there is continuous development on offer including the C4S Search Leadership and Management programme, which I have recently completed allowing me to further my career as a team lead.

What would your advice be to graduates considering the C4S Search Scheme?

I would recommend the C4S Graduate Scheme to anyone looking to develop a career within Sales and Business. The training is excellent; the working environment is enjoyable, vibrant and ambitious and the career progression is in your own hands.
