JOB TITLE: IT Projects and Support Manager

LOCATION: Cheltenham

SALARY: £42K

Full Time| Office-based |Permanent

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Solid, broad range of experience in IT (Desktop) support.

• Proven experience managing infrastructure projects such as upgrades and roll-outs.

• M365 administration (AAD, User Management, Email, Onedrive, Teams).

• Demonstrable experience working with SOC and IT Security.

• Happy to work in Tandem with an MSP.

PRINCE2 and ITIL certifications or equivalent.
