JOB TITLE:                                   Product Manager

LOCATION:                                 Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire

SALARY:                                       up to £60,000

WAY OF WORKING:               Full Time | Hybrid

C4S Search are pleased to be working with a marketing leading electronical manufacturing company who manufacture advanced devices that help track precise location and movement.

THE PRODUCT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and leadership to establish the vision for your specific market focus.
Develop, analyze, and present market and financial insights, business cases, and new product strategies to internal stakeholders.
Engage in customer calls and visits to gain insights into their needs.
Assist the Commercial and Solutions teams in discovering, evaluating, and delivering new business opportunities.
Identify both explicit and implicit customer needs and convert them into actionable product requirements.
Create, manage, and present product roadmaps to guide the growth and evolution of solutions, ensuring they dominate their respective markets.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

Applicants should have experience working in a product or commercial setting as a Product Manager.
Must possess the ability to understand and empathize with customer pain points, driving product development efforts to meet these needs where appropriate.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills are essential, particularly with technical, commercial, product, and operational teams.
Candidates should be comfortable managing and taking ownership of multiple product-related projects.
