THE CHALLENGE.

Our partner ‘PPM’ specialises in designing and manufacturing a range of radio frequency (RF) over fibre systems. With further growth planned, PPM had been looking to hire an experienced board-level role, ideally in a discreet manner.

THE SOLUTION.

Right from the initial meeting, C4S understood the requirements set out by PPM and compiled a thoughtful proposal which was detailed and explained how Search would meet PPM's challenge.

A thorough process was clearly communicated and implemented. This included agreeing on timelines for shortlisting, interviews and feedback. Additional value add was included such as C4S arranging psychometric testing to assist with assessment as well as creating individual candidate packs with added information to help with the selection process.

A robust process resulted in the successful hiring of PPM’s latest executive and board member. Following the offer, the C4S team arranged for the candidate to meet the team socially and a business pack to understand their position better ahead of joining to ensure the ease of transition ahead of the start date.
