THE CHALLENGE.

Our partner sits within the Insurtech sector, but is a data company at its core, predominantly requiring niche skills within data science and software development. They are highly regarded within their sector but due to skills shortages, they struggle to hire at the speed required.

THE SOLUTION.

After a detailed brief to understand their previous experience and goals, the ideal solution was a retained assignment with C4S.

A team of two were assigned including a Researcher and a Headhunter. A retainer allowed C4S the time and ownership to map the market, research competitors, build an impactful attraction strategy and deliver the highest quality of talent across Insurtech.

It was important to understand the culture, team fit, technical skills set, ways of working and more. Once candidates were attracted, we had to engage. Communicating our partners, mission, vision, & value proposition is a crucial part of our success.

THE RESULT.

A collaborative approach and early investment in time from both C4S and our partner, allowed us to find, hire and inspire the best talent on the market.

The candidates were well briefed, hit the mark technically and importantly were a great cultural fit.

The ideal candidate was offered the job following a successful two-stage interview process. C4S continued to support throughout the final steps consulting on the package requirements, managing any counter offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding.

We are pleased to say the offer was accepted and the candidate has proven to be a real game changer for their business!

TESTIMONIAL.

Retained with C4S is essential for us as we grow at rapid pace and hire niche talent. Working with a team who get to know the culture of our business enables us to find and hire the right talent. The team are very approachable and provide an extremely high quality of service.
