FROM GARAGE TO GROUP.
In 2012, when two friends in a small garage had a big idea, C4S Search was born.
Over the last decade, the business has grown from strength to strength and is now part of the Francis & Francis Group, one of the fastest-growing talent groups in the UK, consisting of specialist talent brands.
C4S is a young, entrepreneurial, and dynamic business that has always focussed on the future. We are specialists within our niche areas of technology and engineering, obsessed with innovation and the modern working world. This has built a lasting reputation with our partners and candidates in consulting and delivering bespoke talent solutions fit for the future.
From year one the business has had big ambitions. C4S quickly outgrew the garage and moved into our first office where we established our Tech & Engineering divisions.
WE RECOGNISED THAT OUR BIGGEST ASSET WAS OUR PEOPLE.
In 2017 we made a bold statement to design and build the best recruitment training programme on the market. That year we launched ‘Legacy’, our 12-week training programme, covering everything from recruitment, sales, high performing habits and culture. The following year we were proudly recognised for Small Business of the Year, but more importantly, L&D employer of the year.
FIT FOR THE FUTURE.
Exciting growth led to our first purchase of a dedicated 10,000 sq ft HQ in Wiltshire, with enough space for 100 consultants and of course a major refurb to brand it with our home colours!
A historic year lay ahead and as with the rest of the world, the pandemic presented unforeseen challenges.
This inspired ‘C4S 2.0’. The next chapter in our expansion and an opportunity to reimagine recruitment for the better. Future ways of work, increased flexibility, further autonomy, automated systems, modern tools and more.
